The project "Learn from others - teach others - mobility in Estonia" is dedicated to adult education specialists qualification training and lasts one year. The project involved two partners - Latvia Association ALTUM and Estonian organization Mittetulundusühing EURIKA, both of which operate in adult education in their countries. Objectives of the project are to gain professional development in Estonia for the three Association ALTUM education professionals, to improve and diversify their methodological knowledge and skills, to gain and understand adult education system in the partner’s country. The project includes following activities: participation in structured professional development course (two participants) and job shadowing in partner organization (one participant). During implementation of the project participants will gain new professional knowledge, skills and competence, gain awareness of the European identity and citizenship. Planned activities will make a positive and long-term impact on the participants and the two organizations involved in the project and contribute to the systemic impact of education. Partner organizations will exchange good practices, pedagogical tools and processes that will create international networks and propose new educational projects.
