For six years are the day care center Effeta cooperating with germany organization ASF in hosting of foreign volunteers. The day care center Effeta is a social service of Diecézní charita Brno for people with mental diabilities and autism. Effeta visits 50 klients, who in the coontext of activation, educational, social, relaxing and free time activities improving and maintain their skills. Effort of this work is social inclusion as much as posible of our clients to society. Effeta emphasizes the preservation of rights and individuals needs of our clients.Aktion Sühnezeichen Friedensdienste e.V. (ASF), german company, which was created as a reflection of national socialism and need of reconciliation with the effects of 2. world war in international relations.In Effeta´s project, which is hosting and coordinating organization, works one volunteer of sending organization ASF. The volunteer works in the project for one year. The aim of the project is positive efect on personality of young man, his acquisition of new experiences and transmission of this exeriences to society. The volunteer will during the year improve his skills of comucation, cooperation, empathy, patience, social feelings and orientation in the unusual situaciones. With his initiative and activ attitudes supports his personal growth, reliability, responsibility and willingness to learn. This factors have positive effect on whole personality of volunteer and helps in next profesional life and work. Another the aim are the faight with disimination, social exclusion and giving the helping hand to disadvantaged people with the international cooperation. Their work have influence for young generation, which they announce that: "It makes sense"
