Looks like a team! is an youth Exchange project for 13-16 years old young people, who all are also scouts.The project aims to improve the employment possibilities in the future, increase the international thinking and language skills. The topic is teamwork and team work skills.Used methods are workshops in international teams. With these workshops will be shown that different people make better teams; in every team we have different roles - some roles are more suitable for me than others; there are certain skills that are needed in the teamwrok and they are very often skills that you need to learn in a non-formal way.Diring the project we develop a set of team member skills that are needed and after the project we deliver stipends for the school classes of the participants: the stipend for the best team member in the class voted by the school mates.This project will be held in Järvenpää, Finland. The partner countries are Slovakia, Lithuania, Spain and Finland.
