PROJECT
FINISHED
Throughout the duration of the project, 23 apprentices and 16 teachers will visit the partner institutes in Estonia, Portugal, Hungary and Slovakia.
Each partner institution is focused on vocational training, in which, some of them are also being taught at SBSZ Jena-Göschwitz.
The successful and long established work on this project is being continued by the Tartu Kutsehariduskeskus, the CENFIM, the Szegedi Móravárosi Ipari Szakképzö és Általános Iskola, Stredna odborna skola hotelovych sluzieb a obchodu and the SBSZ Jena – Göschwitz.
The students have a variety of different classes during the exchange. They can take part in and watch on in lessons, exchange information with one another, broaden their educational and technical knowledge and develop new ideas for the exchange program for the future.
The main goal of this project in the end is to complete the written module for the attainment of the apprenticeship.
The apprentices experience three weeks of classes in their partner country, take part in technical excursions and spend their free time with the students in their partner school.
Getting to know the partner country is an important part of the project. The project is organized centrally and the students will travel to the partner country as a group.
Metal technology is taught in Portugal, students studying IT travel to Estonia and normally, plumbers travel to Hungary to carry out their exchange.
The successful outcomes of the last project form the basis for the current project.
Students in the gastronomy and housekeeping will learn the specifics of their trade in Slovakia.
The major educational institutions involved in the project work with each other on mutual terms. This reciprocity allows for the mobility in the different partner countries.
The continuation of the project is already planned for next year. The SBSZ Jena-Göschwitz intends to apply for further projects on the basis of the mobility charter.
