This training course seminar will gather youth workers of diverse profiles coming from 12 organisations from 10 different countries.
It will last 8 days (6,5 training days and 1,5 international transport days).
The objective of this meeting is to bring participants to reflect, exchange and learn new way of doing regarding professional insertion, evaluation and validation of learning, and youth entrepreneurship. In that frame the participants will rethink their local partnerships in a broader way and through actors coming from diversified sectors: orientation, vocational training, formal education, youth social support services, local enterprises, etc. This with the aim to create a synergy around youth and to create bridges between the different steps of these personal and professional youth pathway. Transversally, we will think about the place of the local and European mobility non formal activities within this youth pathway.
Moreover we wish to take advantage of the ERASMUS+ as a catalyst of different organisms working with young people in general and youth with less opportunities in particular, and as a helper for the creation of new multi-sectorial projects, complementary to those already existing.
The methods used are from the non-formal education: pro-active, group cooperation, each person is a resource, learner centered. The activities will alternate between exchanges time, visits, participative and creative workshops, experimental learning of innovative tools.
The impact expected is a more global approach to the youth, a better visibility of youth actors, a cross-field co-operation improved. On this base, we wish to develop local/regional projects et european projects on a multi-sectorial base, in the frame of ERASMUS+ among others.
