“Link It Right!” is an international training for young people from 18 to 30 years old, aimed to consolidate a non-formal learning as a method of discovering personal skills and competences and assessing them with the employment opportunities. Using the non-formal education methodology the project intends to rise attractiveness of young people on the job market. Objectives of the project are: • discovering and assessing skills and abilities of participants with their possibilities of employment • empowering staff members of our organisations by defining what skills and competences are developed in a youth work • present mobility opportunities as a way to increase employability of young people During the training participants of the project will have a chance to discover their competences and improve their position on the job market. They will also learn about the European dimension of youth employability by getting to know strategic documents concerning youth. The seven-days-long training will be facilitated by an international team in an active and participatory way.
