Project initiates the cooperation between institutions for non-formal adult education in CB region, because the level of cooperation of non-formal education institutions is low or even non-existing. There is a large gap between the offer and demand for workforce and the main reason (beside the economy crises) for that is low level of recognition of needs for life-long learning. The main beneficiary of this project will be people in local communities of Subotica and Kecskemet, users of services of the Career Centres and participate in adult education programmes, employers getting more qualify workforce; lecturers, managers and employees of adult education institutions..Through project two Career Centres (in Subotica and in Kecskemet) will be established as a type of cross-border networks which will help to improve non-formal knowledge and skills to those who are unemployed as well as to those who want manage their professional career. During the project 11 common curricula will be elaborated, 10 joint trainings carried out, 8 curricula exchanged, 8 trainers educated and 148 people will pass different type of education. Achievements: Establishment of two Career Centres at each of the Partners.Development and implementation of on-line language course of Hungarian and Serbian language. During the project 20 persons received online language trainingImplementation of 10 joint training programmes and elaboration of 11 common curricula (8 transferred between partners, 1 jointly developed, 2 for language course) in various fields: Intercultural management, Business psyhology, International project management and Access together withDactilography, Youth worker, Social entrepreneurship, Tourist management and Computer training for persons with dissabilities.Altogether 148 were persons trained in joint educational activities.
