The project "Let's Shout our Rights" wants to address the issues related to human rights and immigration in order to develop in young people a sense of tolerance and acceptance that needs to be enriched with elements from the experiences of other young people from other countries.Key parts of the project is the creation of a platform for dialogue among young people during the days of activities will contribute to enrich through direct experiences and investigations on its territory during the preparatory phase; Furthermore, young people will become directly involved in creating a web-radio that will see them involved firsthand in the creation of radio format (in English) that can be found in their local communities, in schools, universities and in families.The project meets the main priorities of 2016 of Erasmus+ Program as it offers the education of young people about the problems of hardship and violence relating to migrants and refugees through dialogue and the exchange of good practices, for the young participants to improve their skills in terms of social inclusion and prevention of violent or discriminatory that increasingly become protagonists of the Chronicles of today; the project aims to be a tool to raise awareness and elimination of stereotypes that increasingly characterize reactions, often dictated by fear and ignorance, of peoples and countries now subject to ever more massive migration caused by instability in Syria or North Africa.The exchange activities will take place in Siracusa from 11.09.2016 to 19.09.2016 and will involve 5 youngsters (2 boys and 2 girls and one youth leader) from 5 European countries: Italy, Bulgaria, Lithuania, Romania and Slovakia.The objectives of the project are:-knowledge of discrimination related to migrants and experience in each country;-Exchange of best practice on methods of inclusion and removal of differences;-discriminatory and violent phenomena: Exchange of good practices for the prevention of them;-understand how they perceived the "differences" between young people convey the importance that they are as enrichment of human and cultural background;-creating a web-radio which would scream to the world human rights and best practices learned during the youth exchange;-web-radio as a means of dissemination and diffusion involving local communities also indirectly affected by the project.
