During the activities the participants get more information and solidarity skills which can helps them to be more tolerant, conscious and get wider horizons in their daily life. 5-5 representatives (4-4 youth and 1-1 leader, altogether 20, mainly disadvantaged participants) from 4 countries (Romania, Italy, Croatia, Hungary) visit the exchange in Tarpa to learn more empathy and solidarity with colorful programs during the 8 days. During our program we will collect the most determining subcultures of the modern age with the participating young people and we will examine the values, norms and behavioral rules which can cause several cultural layers which have different ideologies. We will examine the facts which can be effect for subcultures, their backgrounds and reasons. We will also examine the stereotypes which are connect with the youth subcultures. The participants can collect new knowledges which can strenght their personality. Furthermore, with the competences development practices we can develop their European identity. With the theater performance we want to draw attention of the youngsters, how important is in the XXI century to be more tolerant, open-minden with the another cultures, ideology and origin. The common programs allow the solidarity among the nationalities and make unobserved the commitment for Europe without borders. This project strenghtens the needs for personal connections, recognizes the needs for team work.
