Project Let´s play is a part of wider concept based on long-term cooperation between several organisations among the EU (since 2009). The concept is called ,,Be Local" and it is based on philosophy of transmission of european experience and quality of youthwork to the local level of partners NGO´s. We are choosing NGO´s which has an potential to make a change in the local reality. The main aim is to raise the competencies of youthworkers in the field of project management of activities with intercultural dimension. By this training course participants will get the basic concepts of culture as well as practical skills to make changes in local environment. We are aiming as well to change the attitude of participants by implementing european values and openess for taking risk for the change. To fullfill the aim we will make a training course for beginners in youthwork from 8 countries. We are 8 organisation involved in this project. Half of them are already cooperating for longer time, half of them are less experienced organisations or a groups of young youthworkers. By this project we will strenght the capacity of NGO´s as well as emloyability of participants. We will create a safe place for creating follow ups in the field of E+ programm with a special focus on job shadowing, strategic partnerships.
