International youth exchange Let´s move took place in Centre of leisure time activities in Ivančice in term 13.-20. September 2015. In the project, there were participating 34 young people from Czech Republic and Spain in age 13-26 years old, who should increase their knowledge, skills and competencies and actively participate in the field of trendy sport and outdoor activities focused on health and healthy life style. By this project we created a space for exchanging of experiences and contacts to compare which activities and trends are interesting for young people in different European countries, what are the effective ways of work how to involve more the young people into the leisure time activities and volunteering programs. We also supported and motivated young people to practise sport by this project. The main goal of this project was to break social, cultural and language barriers, to create a space for friendship, to increase the interest in sport, to introduce possibilities how to fill the free time effectively, to develop independence and to make stronger the relationship to healthy life style. The project included activities as: circus skills, activities for orientation in nature(running, cycling), rafting, non-traditional sports(lacros, discgolf, crocet, frisbee), cycle-tourism, trend activities in youth clubs, work with youthpass, safety and protection during work process and more. We expect increasing of competencies of young people in the field of health and healthy life style, for them to be able better and effectively use sport and trendy activities. Through the outputs of project activity the local community will get an information about different ways of correct using of free time, will be increased the motivation of local youth to participate in European projects as well as in program Erasmus +. According to presentation of results of project in the partner´s country will be increased the knowledge of local community about activities connected to health and sport in Czech Republic.
