The main aim of the project "Let's Grow Together" is to raise the competence of the people involved in the Erasmus + projects in the area to support the process of learning and intercultural integration through the use of tools used in coaching. In the training will participate 19 participants from 7 countries. They will be persons acting in their organizations as mentors EVS and / or youth leaders. The main activity of the project is training to be held in Lodz on 7-13.03.2015. During that period, participants will explore the methods and tools of coaching, possible to use in their activities. Learn techniques of effective communication, supporting questions, building together with project participants (volunteers, youth on the exchange) tracks the development of their competence. They will learn how to support, not to give ready-made answers. Everything will be carried out using methods of activating non-formal education. The result of their work will be "Guide of supportive mentor and leader" which we will present in their cities after the training. Thanks to the participation in the training will improve the quality of not only their jobs but also we will help develop our organizations entering into cooperation known ways of cooperation, including intercultural.
