Project "Let`s get creative!" is EVS service in Estonia, Pärnu from February till August 2015 (6 months). Ella Marie Bachmaier is versatile person (playing Saxophone, listening to all kind of music, reading books and newspapers, loves theatre and cinema, traveling, doing yoga, cooking, interested in politics and different cultures) with a lot of energy to help and support people, changing things and being open-minded for new experience. She have Bachelor of Sience in Economics and Media & Communication at Martin-Luther-University, Halle-Wittenberg. She has been a volunteer at Postkult e.V., Halle, Member of student council at faculty of Media & Communication Sience at university Halle-Wittenberg. Our project aims to help young people to be able to realize themselves. The main objective is to provide opportunities for social and personal grow of volunteer and youngsters from hosting organization. We want our volunteers to feel that they can be important for people by doing activities with them, to develop self confidence with all kind of ages and people through their personal projects. As we have concrete person already chosen then we agreed with her main responsibilities and possible job in Estonia and we also agreed that she can propose she’s ideas depending on the situation or needs. Ella will help us in designing promotional material for our projects, festivals and activities. She can propose new perspective or point of view for our video advertises and social media design. She will assist in German language lessons, run the yoga class for children, she will introduce her country and culture among our members. She will keep the blog, preparing the photo exhibition how she sees our country and lot of smaller tasks. Hope her activities will raise the interest to Nooruse Maja in generally and bring here more young people.
