In this EVS a German a volunteer will learn and engage for one year in a peace organisation in Sanski Most in Bosnia. He will develop his personal and professional skills and competences and contribute to the work of the organisation. This way he will become an active European citizen being aware of issues such as interethnic dialogue or discrimination, different common issues in Europe as migration and unemployment and international interdependencies. To support the volunteer in this process he will have a 12 days preparation seminar and 5 days return seminar as well as regular mentor talks during the year for reflection of his learning process and exchange with other volunteers.
