In the project " Let's dance together to overcome social and cultural barriers ! " will take part 27 young people from Ukraine , Poland, Belarus , Romania and Germany. During seven days in September 2014 in Romania they will deal with questions that reflect their social role in society and their own commitment. The aim of the exchange is to raise awareness of the participants that they can actively participate in social processes themselves , regardless of what social and cultural background they have. During the seminar, they reflect on their own role in society , analyze opportunities for participation , develop common strategies and personal existing barriers and stereotypes in society to overcome. Focus of this year's youth exchanges are questions of social integration , multiculturalism and tolerance. It will be addressed in order to ensure exchange between different organizations and countries beyond the borders, especially for young representatives of minority and migrant organizations in the participating countries . To emancipate the participants to awaken their interest and creativity , several dance methods for working with the above mentioned subjects will be used , such as yoga, communicative dance games, own performances, contact improvisation and flash mob . These elements are integrated into the program together with other methods.
