Let’s build a happy Home
Start date: Aug 1, 2013,

The project “Let’s build a happy home” is an innovative 8(Eight) Days long youth exchange project. Project is organized in partnership with 6(six) Organizations that share experience in youth exchange programs. Each group will be presented by five youngsters and one group leader. 36 participants will come together in order to discuss the issues related to strengthening self-identity and learning independent life style. The project is designed for teenagers between 14-18 years old from the EECA and the EU countries. We would like to invite and group them from two different social backgrounds - one group of teenagers living with their families and the other living in shelters/orphanages, in order to give both sides the opportunity to break stereotypes towards each other and help youth from shelters to integrate easily and smoothly in the society. The program will give a possibility to participants with both backgrounds to interact with each other through building trust and confidence and to understand each other’s attitudes in order to create a comfortable environment for cohabitation. Each organization will be responsible to bring 2 youngsters living in shelters/orphanages and 3 - living with families.Activities and workshops will cover the topic: Home as an Identity. The exchange phase will take place in October 2013, Georgia, Borjomi.
