The problem of unemployment, not only youth unemployment, but in general, is getting still bigger. We put together a group of 30 participants from 6 different cuntries(Slovakia, Spain, Romania, Latvia, Turkey, Armenia) in the age 17-28. One of the most important activies of our project washow to write CV and cover letter, followed by the real job interview with human resouces specialists in one NGO based in Bratislava. Also, we had presentations created by our participants focused on the youth's situation in their countries. Participants learned how to create the business plans, present them, but they also tried role of the employer during the fictive job interviews. Thanks to these activities, but mostly simulation of job interviews and real job interviews, participants realised how do the employers think and what mistakes they could potentially do during the job interview, what will be a big advantage when the will look for employment after their studies.
