The project, “Let me show you the key of success” was implemented in the frame of Erasmus+ under the Key action 1, learning mobility of individuals. This project was partnership between 11 represented by 28 youth workers. In order to ensure diversity on every level partners from program and partner countries were involved. The project activity was implemented in Fruska Gora, Serbia from 18.07.2015 till 26.07.2015. The applying country, and in the same time organization who was coordinating the project was Adra-Finland. The trainers came from our close partner from Macedonia: NGO SFERA. Stuff members together with the trainers played a crucial role, stimulating participant to share their knowledge, skills and to contribute to successfully implementation of the project. During the 9 days of activity they succeed in designing a learning space where participant with pleasure share their toughs and experience toward the issues that were discussed during the project activity. The project consisted of a training course dedicated to youth workers and aiming to develop competencies in using non-formal education methods for organizing and implementing youth exchanges, training courses and other activities where these educational methods can be used. During the 9 days of the training course,participants were involved in exercises, group work, creative workshops, role-play,simulations and other non-formal activities. These activities provided examples on how the non-formal method can be approached by using the principles of learning by experience and created a learning space for participants to design their own methods of non-formal education.Furthermore, in order to ensure sustainability, this TC wants to provide the participants with a coached and structured opportunity to elaborate a professional and personal development plan based on competencies and values.The main objective of the project was to address the present need in Europe, for competent young leaders and facilitators in the civil society, who are willing and able to run educational activities for youth based on the values of the EU.
