Let it Be Europe 2

"Let it Be Europe 2", coordinated by associazione Link, foresees hosting 8 young Europeans from July 2016 for 9 months in Italy. Link will host two volunteers one from Slovenia (organization Zveza drustev Mladinski center Postojna) and one from Latvia (organization Radi Vidi Pats), the cooperative Auxilium will host 4 volunteers 2 from Spain (The Vibria Intercultural Association) and 2 from Portugal (Centro Social Association de Palmela), the cooperative "Questa Città" will host two volunteers one from Spain (Gantalcalà Association) and one from France (the association-PEICC Peuple et culture). The partners are sending organization of the informal network of Link and were chosen because of their experience in the European Voluntary Service. The activities run by the host organizations and their active role in local communities, especially for young people and disabled, are a suitable context for the inclusion of EVS volunteers, who will be able to live a rich experience for their personal and professional growth. Volunteers will play an important role in the daily work of the hosting organizations bringing European added value, they will participate in all the activities promoted by these acquiring new skills and capabilities that will be certified at the end of the project through the Youthpass. The presence of the volunteers will get the host communities, region "far" from decision-making centers and "marginal" in economic geography and European policy and particularly young people, closer to Europe and its values promoted by the Erasmus + Programme. The project is meant to represent an excellent opportunity for young volunteers to contribute to the creation of Europe, allowing them to learn about new cultures, new languages and gain new skills through non-formal education methods.
