Our association RESERVOIR organizes in trilateral youth exchange with a Belgian partner and a Norwegian partner to the island of Reunion. This action aims to stimulate young people's citizenship and awareness on minorities and living together within the European Union. The exchange will promote the discovery of our way of life, traditions, customs and communities in our island. Under the dominant share of both sides, it aims to gather together under the same European identity and explain, understand the model of cohabitation and the living together of its different communities, through knowledge and understanding of origins, practices, cultural, worship and mesh happened between them, probably due to our situation of insularity. So we want to broaden the knowledge of our partners, shared their views and at the same time, raise awareness to our young Reunion other social realities of the European Union. We hope to change their mentality, fight against community confinement and make them ambassadors for a better living together within the European Union. For this, the youth will participate in all stages of the project, or it can get involved, take responsibility in action. The skills developed during the exchange will be certified with the Youth Pass and thus promote youth employability.The Exchange held at the Reunion of 8 to 18 January 2015. Each partner country will have 12 participants and 2 leaders.Time of preparation, organization will be implemented to enable them to get to know quickly to address the themes chosen in a fun and educational way, such as Reunion could discover their neighborhood, their environment by using modern means of communication.During the stay, we planned discussion time between young people with or without framing to allow them to stand back, to express and share their feelings. These moments will facilitate the evaluation of the project.Moreover after the stay, a collective and individual evaluation of the action will measure the impact and lessons learned for the benefit of the group, the territory and the policies of the European Union.
