Ceméa Reunion wish to host 2 European volunteers (one girl, one boy) who will participate in the organization of the 5th Edition of the Echoes of the European Education Film Festival. As parts of their activities, volunteers and CEMEA Reunion team will aim to meet these objectives: - Allow the public access in high quality educational movies - Develop a civic approach in media - Develop the critical analysis of documentary movies for the participant public - Developing the relationships between different actors active in the field of education - Creating a framework of debate and discussion around the issues related to education and youth In the context of other activities of CEMEA the 2 volunteers of the project can participate in: - Training BAFA - for youth educators and animators - Leisure and cultural activities - Meetings and awareness activities on the European and international mobility The methods to be used in the framework of the project are based on the principles of non formal education. We'll use active education methods, as a new education movement. The European volunteering experience will produce the development of different competences for the volunteers involved as well as for the implemantation team. Their comunication, social and technical skills, especially in the field of animation and art education will be recognised through Youthpass Certificates. The Project will produce an impact at local and European level because it create learning contexts for youths and posibility for cooperation for participating organisations. In the long term, this project aims to promote the European Vountary Service among other local structures from Reunion. The promoters of the project are CEMEA Reunion and Asociatia EIVA from Romania.
