The association Starkmacher e.V. operates in a European network of non-profit organisations and coordinates and implements international projects of youth an adult education.
To guarantee a successful network, the staff needs to enlarge its competences in project management and internationalization.
One staff member will participate in the mobility. The participant puts at disposal of the project her skills and abilities with the youngsters and adult multipliers.
She needs an augmentation of her language skills.
The main activity is a three week study stay in England. Whithin the work in the activities of the partner organisation she will gather experience in project management, make contacts and develop ideas for further collaboration. The reciprocal meeting is an important element for the consolidation of a European Network an thus a sustainable perspective for sending and receiving organisations.
