In the "Learning in Italia" project will participate 10 recent graduates and 5 teachers of Intermediate Level Vocational Education of professional specialties offered at the Salesiano Santísima Trinidad Centre in Seville, they are as follows:- Electromechanical Motor Vehicle- Telecommunications Installations- Electrical and Automatic InstallationsThe project will take place in the Sicilian towns near Mesina de Barcellona Pozzo di Gotto for students, as there are companies in this location and in Milazzo for teachers, because there is "Istituto Tecnico Industriale statale E. Majorana". For the project realization we collaborate with our partner "A Rocca", a public Vocational Education Center "E. Majorana" and companies for students. The project will last 24 months and will consist of three mobilities:• The first mobility will be for 4 students of the second course of intermediate level education for the conduct of the part of the formative module in the workplace (FCT) and the rest will have to be completed in Seville after the return from Italy. The period in which it will take place is between mid-March 2017 and mid-April of the same year. The mobility will last a month. The aim of this mobility is that students do internships in companies related to their professional profiles. In this sense, our partner who has a strong network of companies will be responsible for selecting companies that fit the profile of our students and the training program. Our partner will assign a mentor who together with the tutor from the company of internship will be responsible for evaluating of the fulfillment of the learning arrangement previously agreed.• The second mobility will be for 5 vocational teachers of intermediate level education and will be held in early June 201. The mobility will last for one week. During the mobility our teaching staff will conduct a monitoring program in the Istituto Tecnico Industriale statale E. Majorana which includes class observation, round table discussions on current topics in Vocational Education and visits to companies in relevant sectors for professional profiles of our participants. • The third mobility will be for 6 students of the second course of intermediate level education for the conduct of the part of the formative module in the workplace (FCT). The period in which it will take place is between mid-March 2018 and mid-April of the same year with duration of one month with the same objectives and characteristics as in the first mobility for students from the previous year. The objectives we intend to achieve with this project are: • To improve the quality of education provided at our center in relation to intermediate level education through professional development of our staff.• To increase the language skills of our students and teaching staff. • To improve the employability and competitiveness of our students of intermediate level vocational education.• To adapt our vocational education to the real needs of the European labor market.• To increase network with training centers, businesses and other organizations involved in the training and employment in Europe.• To encourage the use of the tools of validation and recognition of training periods in Europe.• Further promotion of the European spirit and European mobility in our center to get in this way a more cohesive society.
