The mobility project "learning from each other" gives VET professionals from companies in Berlin, colleges and educational providers the opportunity to gain a new view on their own professional work through exchanging experiences and learning from practical examples. During the one week stay the trainers, teachers and educational accompanying persons can get to know their own professional work through company visits and jobshadowing in Hungary, Turkey, Italy, France and Czech Republic and they learn and intensify new methods and instruments for getting young disadvantaged and uneducated people on the labour market. The hosting organisation in Turkey, the University of Balikesir, provides an insight for the VET professionals from medical, horticultural and fostering professions into the work of the turkish region. In Italy, the association CERSEO, as well as in Hungary at the foundation WEXEdu, the NGO IREAS in Czech Republic or in France C.M.S.E.A., staff from various professional areas can take the chance for the postgraduate training.Through participating in the project the participants will reflect their own professional actions and get new causes for thoughts. Furthermore, they will develop and consolidate their own intercultural and language skills. The aim of the project is not only the professional exchange, it is also to encourage the setting up of international relations to use mobility not only for professionals but also for learners.
