Significant part (63%) of emerging companies is founded by persons of age of 30 or more. These persons have practical experience but obsolete knowledge. This result in a 30% failure rate of these companies connected with untimely termination of life cycle of businesses. The aim is to increase the viability, competitiveness and dynamics of these enterprises. To meet this aim it is necessary to update the obsolete knowledge of new entrepreneurs with an emphasis on new trends. It is necessary to streamline the process of setting up new businesses and to provide emerging business opportunities. All with an emphasis on the motivation of entrepreneurs to increase their vocational training and competencies with purpose to stay on the market.This will be achieved by increasing the new entrepreneurs key components of the qualifications. Transfer of innovations, information and knowledge will be mediated through book, web application with eLearning courses and teaching texts. Topics of newly produced courses were chosen on the basis of special investigation:Enterprises start-ups (legislative).Efficiency in enterprise – measurement, criteria, risks. Enterprise in bio environment (bio food, other bio commodities, wastes).Opportunities in the field of renewable resources.Services for aging population.GIS - Geographic information systems (precise agriculture, transportation, security, entrepreneurial networking).After studying selected themes and passing the test, the student receives a certificate of partial qualification.Opportunity to improve their knowledge, competencies and skills will be provided to interested persons due to the strengthening of cooperation between European actors in the field of vocational training. The consortium consists of partners selected across a range of bodies differently focusing on training mediation. It brings together both the universities and business entities from different EU countries.
