The aim of our project is strengthening the capacity of local youth organizations and improving the quality of implementation of non-formal education in youth works on local level through enhancing knowledge and skills of the people who has experience as youth workers, youth leaders, volunteers or facilitators on designing and producing innovative learning games in the frame of the themes; social inclusion of disadvantaged groups, active participation and empowering local youth organizations by building new networks and future partnerships. From 7 country (Turkey, Romania, Slovenia, Italy, Croatia, Greece, Spain) a mixed group (5 participants from host organization and 3-4 participants from other partners, in total 28 people) of participants came together in Kırklareli, Kıyıköy. Participants who learnt the thematic background which is social inclusion of disadvantaged groups, active participation and the theoretical background of learning games went to design new learning games as tools and they have been collaborating for future partnership opportunities. Our project have been held in these titles: - Introduction (project introducing, aims&expectations, getting to know each other, group dynamics, team building) - Thematic sessions (social inclusion of disadvantaged groups, active participation) ; theorical sessions (Experiential Learning, Learning types, Learning Games, Implementation Problems on Tools&Methods of non-formal learning, Solutions and Suggestions for non-formal learning implemetations, Methods and Tools and Adaptation in Different Realities, Training Program Design, creativity workshop about designing learning games) - Practical sessions ( preparing learning games in teams, implementation samples, improving with feedbacks) - City tour, intercultural night, Turkish night, networking activities, Erasmus+ information and YouthPass certificate giving , evaluation activities and reflection group activities.We will use non-formal learning methods as experiential learning and tools as learning games, the activities have been held in methods as drama, simulations, group debates, presentations, brainstorms. Expected results and effects of our project: - To raise awareness about non-formal education and the methods, methodologies and tools under it between the actors of youth works as youth workers, youth leaders and volunteers. - To improve the quality of current tools of non-formal learning that have been used in youth area about social inclusion of disadvantaged groups, active participation notions -To develop learner-centered implementations that based on the outcomes of disadvantaged groups by improving different method and methodology to reach different disadvantaged groups of youngsters, - To contribute the building capacity of CSOs about learning games on local and international levels. - To empower the collaboration of CSOs which are working with different disadvantaged groups which could have economical, social and geographic disadvantages via networking activities. The benefits of our project in the long term: - Increasing participation, intercultural dialog, social inclusion and solidarity in Europe, - Increasing the recognition of non-formal and informal learning by contributing development of innovative learning games design and implementation process, - Empowering the role of youth workers and organizations and the international dimension of youth activities. - To improve learning outcomes based education implementations and their quality by increasing the awareness of learner-centered applications.
