This project is conceptualized as tailored-made action towards improving local governance with special participation of youth, development of skill building and capacities, exchanging the know-how between Albania and Greece, sharing common values. The project is targeted to youth, citizens, local authorities, the employment regional offices and educational regional directorates in the targeted regions. The project will also include exchange study visits and coordination visits between project partners and stakeholders in the two countries. The project is based on three main components: - Empowering Youth engagement approaches, in the frame of the labor market competitiveness through providing opportunities for skill development and capacity building. - Capacity building and development of local authorities under the motto Good governance is local governance. - Awareness raising and civic values sharing: empowering the messages of culture, values and citizenship.
