Training course "Leaders not followers" will take place in Bitola, Macedonia and it will last for 7 working days during March 2013. Training will gather 46 participants, from 19 partner organizations from 12 countries, young people that are youth workers or volunteer coordinators involved in various forms of voluntary work and leadership.The main theme of this training course is young people’s competencies needed for successful leadership of volunteering activities/initiatives/projects. Training focus on different themes of the Programme as well important features of Action 3.1 and on practical experience of skills needed for leaders. After this training course, we expect participants to be able to initiate, develop, prepare, implement and evaluate an independent youth volunteering initiative/project according to their competencies.The training will provide practical work, Interactive learning based on the participants' needs. Trainers and participants will share innovative approaches, methodologies and tools, and plan new initiatives.
