LEAD phase 2 is an activity-based programme comprising on-line information, project guidance and research concerning the creation of a platform for cultural co-operation within the Euroregion. Its goal is to sustain the work undertaken during the first phase i.e. setting up a network of cultural organisations and individuals involved in cross-border co-operation on the one hand, and on the other hand, the creation of dedicated systems designed to ensure the future of this co-operation, for LEAD and to benefit the formative Euroregional territory processes.
