It will include 36 participants from 11 countries. The training is designed for young volunteers who would like to organise and act as youth leaders on social inclusion projects. The participants will get familiar with, interpret and discuss core topics and key points in the organization and running of youth exchanges for young people with fewer opportunities. Moreover, they will have the possibility to explore and put in practice various ways to include non formal pe?A°ce learning activities for the target group. All the methods used in the training will allow for the young people to participate and will offer them tools to engage young people with fewer opportunities on issues such as intercultural communication, mutual understanding, non-violence, volunteering and human rights in a creative way. All of the partner organizations are either branches or partners of Service Civil International, an international movement promoting volunteerism and peace education. The partner organisations are all working with, or have the intention to work with young people with fewer opportunities.
