Context: our school is strongly focused on technological innovation and internationalization. We are coordinators of international networks Aims of the project: - to improve the level of English of teachers of non linguistic subjects - to train teachers in the CLIL teaching methodology - to train teachers in the use of new technologies in the classroom Particpants: The 7 teachers involved in the project have: - long experience in secondary school teaching - at least a B1+ level of English - strong motivation and willingness to innovate Activities: - attendance of a residential English language course - attendance of a residential course in the use of new technologies applied to teaching - attendance of a residential course on CLIL methodologies - jobshadowing (class observation). Expected results: - to improve the teachers' language competence - to improve the teachers' CLIL skills - to improve the ability to integrate new tecnologies and students based activities in teaching
