International activity is an important and natural part of our school activities. The project 's main purpose is to act as part of the internationalization of our school and help teachers maintain and improve their language skills and learn new teaching methods , and thereby strengthen the pupils' opportunities to participate in international activities.
Teachers' internationalisation has three main themes : foreign language teaching and learning , new educational technologies to control and educational exclusion. The selected training courses are located within one or two main themes . Supports the selection of the themes of our school trends. Both the elementary school and high school are taught in several foreign languages: long course in English, German and French and short course in French, German , Italian and Russian. Language teachers are motivated to participate in further training. Meeting with foreign colleagues to give perspective to explore their own work completely new perspectives. New educational technologies , such as tablets, will require training for all the school subjects . Prevention of social exclusion is evident not only in the national but also in school's own curriculum strongly. Every teacher has a duty to take care of the needs of all types of learners in their teaching . Differentiation and different needs of today belong to a school, but more training is needed in these themes .
Our project involves one or two foreign language teachers , a special needs teacher, as well as the headteacher or teacher of any other subject . In 2014-2015 two teachers will participate in the training . The special needs teacher takes part in a course of searching for new ways to motivate students to learn the language . The teacher of English attends a course at the University of Kent for learning to use the mobile platforms as a teaching aid , creating suitable material for those devises and choosing the appropriate programs . In 2015-2016 training of teachers involves two other teachers in courses that will be selected from three main themes .
The outcome of the training is expected to be put immediately into practice in education. Our school has resourced co-operation , as well as to the developement of the subject teachers' groups and for the work between different groups. IThat's hoq the outcome of this projects will be easily spread out to all teachers and students.
