The state school, CEIP Posidonia, though its School Organisational Plan is defined towards three dimensions: bilinguism, environmental education and stimulus of digital literacy. Within this framework different prorgrammes and projects are developed:- Linguistic School Project: it is the essential structure of the actions related to linguistic communication.- Protect the Coast Project: proof of our work is the prize of the Andalusian Education Board given to our school in 2014. Therefore, we consider essential to participate in environmental projects in cooperation with other european schools.- ComunicAcción Programme: it adds some some learning aspect that may go from audiovisual communication to the use of new technologies. In 2015we were given a prize from Junta de Andalucia for the realization of a video clip related to the value of friendship. Therefore lifelong learning in the use of new technologies consider necessary.The participants involved with the development of this Erasmus + KA1 project are the following:1. Marta Pérez Martos. She coordinates the project and she is a primary school teacher with bilingual profile. She provides English language experience and she has attended information sessions on the participation of such projects like this. She participated in e-twinning project "A Year with the birds" in 2013.2. Raquel Ovalle Montoro. She is the coordinator of the Linguistic School Project and bilingual coordinator. She teaches primary school with bilingual profile. She attended several information sessions about participation in such projects like this.3. María Isabel Bañares Alegría. Headmistress and English teacher. Previous experience in bilingual coordination and the use of eTwinning platform. She is currently training other teachers in the field of key competencies in education.4. Eugenia Suárez Fernández. She is a bilingual Physical Education teacher and coordinator of key competencies training and development of UDIs.5. Juan Miguel Hidalgo Maldonado. Bilingual Music teacher and coordinator of ComunicAccion Programme.6. María Francisca Muñoz Juárez. Primary teacher and she is coordinator of the Reading and Library Programme and the Family Plan of the school.7. Francisco Javier Escudero Barranco. Primary teacher. He boost the center´s website. Currently studying 2nd in the Official School of Languages (English).8. Cristina Rodríguez Ortiz. She is Kindergarten teacher and English teacher.9. Isabel Cruz Sáez. English teacher at primary.10. Juan López Padilla. He is a primary school teacher with bilingual profile.The chosen formative courses to develop this project are the following:- Talking to people: Cooperating Methodology for teaching. English matters. From15 to 21/01/2017. Dublín- Content & Language Integrated Learning (CLIL). Anglolang Academy. From 14 to 25/11/2016 Scarborough- CLIL content & Methodology for Primary teachers. Pilgrims. From 17 to 30/07/2016. Canterbury- Course of Information and Communication Tools (ICT). Ken´s School of English. From 11 to 22/07/2016. Dublín- English Course for Teachers. Ken´s School of English. From 11to 25/04/2017. ScarboroughAccording with the goals and the activities expectations, the project impact may be specified in different dimensions:- Improvement of the English level of non-linguistic teachers in structured courses using English lingua franca.- Improvement of learning and teaching processes focusing in CLIL methodology to learn a foreign language, in this case English in Natural and Social Sciences Primary Education.- Improvement in the development of the integrated curriculum sit up within the Educative School Project and within the Linguistic School Project.- Difussion of acquired methodologies in the educative community towards meetings between families and the implicated teachers.- Improvement of the students' learning results- Ability to create open channels for a KA2 with partners of good practice.- Difussion of acquired training into local, regional and national levels about the different European Cultures through the web of multilingualism of the Andalusian, Blog TwinSpace and through conferences with the teacher training center.Within long-term benefits we can highlight:- The upgrade of the education quality.- The use of new teaching methodologies in the school.- The improvement of the students´ English level.
