This project intends to contribute to the modernization of the Social Action Services in Macaronesia space (PMAS), through the development of solutions that allow the characterization of the usuaries, and still, the management and organization of the resources, equipment and the services direct and indirectly related to the Direction of Social Action Services and the Services of Social Action of the different Members of the FECAM. It is intended thus, the construction of modular applications that allow the management and organization of the alphanumeric information to strengthen the relations of the different resources, associating the visualization of the information in a space format through a Geographic Information System (GIS), improving the execution of the tasks and the quality of the service.
