As an important part of the Development plan at Askim Upper Secondary School, and a part of the school`s international profile, we will like to participate in a teacher staff mobility program.This project includes colaboration with an upper secondary school in Spain. A part will be job-shadowing, education in classes and participation in courses for teachers. The purpose is to gain knowledge about education, teachings methods, curriculum, language abillities and cultural and international understanding. The project will also provide us with knowledge about and experiences with how it is possible to gain an increased learning output by such international colaboration. The knowledge and the experiences from the job-shadowing og the education will be used and transmitted both in the classroom back in Norway, as well as shared with collegues within the organisation. This will result in reflection and debating of new innovative learning and teaching methods. as well as education material. This will create a dynamic colaboration prosess among teachers both internally and externally at the partnerschool. The sharing of experiences and the spreading of knowledge will also take place in E-Twinning and the school`s homepage.
