Important for us through the project was the idea to give opportunities to the teachers to continue their training courses and job-shadowing during the last two years and after that will be in a new level of quality school education. Through the exchanges of experiences and cooperation in this project will benefit all: the participants as well as the school and the community. The school where the teacher was job-shadowing has been our partner school during two different Comenius projects. The school uses a variety of learning methods, and they have very good potential of ICT . Training in TOCHNI was prepared by the school in Germany: The Grundschule Dresselndorf . European dimension is a very important point here. International cooperation in learning , teamwork, finding motivation for learning. The most important are those wishes: to reduce school drop-out rates, improve basic skills, strengthening the international dimension, enhancing foreign language learning, the involvement of students and teachers, information and communication technology, increasing the shareing ideas and methods. Learning somewhere abroad is a very good way to practice English (making routs, finding information, and communicating in abroad). We have to mention, that we think that our teachers need more pedagogical and cultural preparation. We think that an English language teacher must be fluent in English. We expect to have a really solid understanding not only the language but also the culture. A fact is, that we cannot be fluent speakers in a language without having lived in that culture for some years and having a great practice of that language or taking part of English courses abroad. When the course is outside (abroad), then the group members are coming all over the Europe (world), it will be a great mix of cultures, understandings and knowledge levels and if they are interested to understand each other and take a part of such kind of course, they have to communicate. And of course, if all the group is not at home, but outside, they tried to take a part in every minute and do not miss in same doings. We are interested in cultural differences. Speaking a language is so much more than being able to carry on conversations. Along with speaking a language come a depth of understanding of the different cultures. The European dimension is very important to our institution too, we are interested to find partner schools from abroad and cooperate. It is important to learn every day new things and develop. Meeting teachers from different countries is of course interesting and motivating in itself. Also, understanding the different teaching contexts allows us to reflect on and gain insights into our own teaching situations. The project contains a great deal of advice for teaching motivating, communicative and student-centred lessons. At the same time we will develop our language competency, as every day will consist of a language development component and a practical methodology component. Both components will include lots of opportunities to talk in English and share ideas with other participants from all over Europe. That project helped us to bring to life those aims and wishes.
