The idea of "virtual mobility" in youth projects, the use of ICT and other creative tools will be developed in a practical way. We will explore the pedagogical use of ICT as learning tools in the context of non-formal education. Virtual mobility is possible through the use of environments based on information and communications technology, such as videoconferencing, live streaming, shared workspaces, and computer-aided conference. How to conceptualize the virtual mobility of youth projects? And what role will the young leaders? What are the different types of virtual mobility? The term virtual mobility can be interpreted in several ways. Recently, the European Commission, national institutions and private organizations to actively promote virtual mobility. Virtual mobility may take the following forms:- Attend courses abroad while staying at home and vice versa;- Virtual elements are integrated exchange projects and / or training in place for the phases of preparation and return (selection of young, language preparation, remote assessment, etc.);- Virtual courses are organized abroadVirtual mobility enables to benefit from linguistic, cultural and educational benefits by taking advantage of the experiences in other European countries in their areas of study. Youth and develop the skills necessary for a career in which internationalization becomes increasingly important.Virtual mobility can also foster a sense of European citizenship among young people who are learning to work together and form teams across national borders. In addition, it allows large European exchanges for those who can not benefit programs face-to-face for social, geographical or other. At the institutional level, virtual mobility-related initiatives provoke strong competition between institutions, contributing to the competitiveness and quality of the offer training and services. This enriches the usual environment of youth organizations. However, the lack of coordinated promotion of pioneering activities in the field of Virtual Mobility is often felt, and target communities are not informed of key products, results and experiences of the pilot projects. Therefore, many of the activities of virtual mobility, organized by some followers of the first hour, remain isolated and are often considered an interesting addition to a classic course, but without becoming an integral part. This attitude towards virtual mobility is an obstacle to large-scale collaboration at European level between youth organizations and young people themselves. For 07 days, participants will discover and share new tools to develop "virtual mobility" of youth within the framework of Erasmus Programme. They will also improve their skills in the use of traditional ICT tools. We will also work on the specific learning outflows virtual mobility activities. Finally, we will develop a specific output, consists of a set of proposals to include the activities of "virtual mobility" youth exchanges, the European Voluntary Service activities for young workers etc ...This project will be done through training and will bring together 32 leaders and / or youth workers COUNTRY PROGRAM. Training will take place in Pérenchies - LILLE from 5 to 12 September 2106.
