The European Voluntary Service project proposed stems from the association's desire to allow for the creation of a place and a dynamic focused on social diversity, common tasks, intercultural exchange and learning. During the project the participants will have the tools necessary for bringing about personal as well as professional development. The 3 volunteers coming from Finland, Kosovo, and Ireland will be hosted in the Fai Farm, an international hosting center managed by the Provence-Alpes-Cote Azur delegation of Solidarités Jeunesses. During 7 months, the volunteers will be part of a team of local and international volunteers. Following their competencies, we will give them responsibilities concerning the organisation of the different activities. Their daily work will focus on the following areas: - Environnement - Sustainable development - Construction - Social work Volunteers will be supported by the members of the staff all along the project. They will be supported in taking more and more responsibilities during their project and to put in practice their own competences. They will actively be involved in the management of the center, into the organisation of the different artistic and cultural event as well as in the organisation and realization of the international workcamps held on the project site or on its sourroundings. This project offers the opportunity to live an important learning and intercultural experience.
