Youth involvement in this project is not simply a local initiative, but follow the transfer of good practices and models between countries participante.Tinerii directly involved in this project will express personal experiences, experiences that are made with a particular educational system, specifically the countries involved and develop together in one voice and one-way, new methods effective in non-formal education, to help promote volunteering. Participants will be guided to analyze the elements that determine the adoption of potentially faulty models: lack of communication, real-life dissatisfaction and discrimination on various criteria, based on the prejudices of others on religion, nationality or a person's own habits. The 36 participants will discover that beyond the cultural barrier that separates religious, lies a set of rules and principles that are essentially similar for all cultures. Mutual respect, solidarity and dignity are just some of the values hat exceed geographical or linguistic differences, resonant confort for all human beings, regardless of the context in which they are found.
Objectives: To develop the capacity of a number of 36 Young to conduct a campaign to promote volunteering, especially by example, encouraging the development of skills and competences and intercultural dialogue on the role of volunteering in personal development for young people from 3 geographical zoneand cultural backgrounds over 15 zile spent together, raising awareness about the positive effects of voluntary campaigns among rural communities need to improve cooperation with local institutions in order to build common voluntary actions, increased self-confidence of the participants when they are confronted with new experiences, attitudes and behaviors and culturally different during the 15 days spent together; Increase awareness, until the end of the project for at least 7 youth NGOon the objectives and results of the project as well as on the objectives and scope of the Erasmus + Programme
The project aims to develop capacity of involvement and action through volunteering among young people in many environments and cultures diferite.The methods used so the young participants can they interact with others will be the basis of non-formality, spontaneity and creativity specific age, freedom of expression and active involvement. Their participation "non-formal" will be the added value that will attract attention in a constructive way the project theme, a theme that has a deep content constructive act that can influence an entire comunity. Results: The participants will acquire skills and competences related to the practice of volunteering and the initiation and coordination of voluntary campaigns, rural organizations will congeal into an efficient network of international collaboration and transfer of best practices - Partners + one of each partner country found and selected by the leaders involved in the project.
