The project we propose , first is the involvement of youth in the development of critical and civic awareness , the ability to identify needs and formulate political demands listed in a democratic framework and social equality . Second, develop a policy experience with a group based on its resources to help develop its own means of emancipation , development and commitment.We therefore propose an exchange of good practices for actual construction of a critical consciousness and democratic spirit of the development.Our goals :• Gather and enable youth workers (with and without experience ) from different countries to reflect on their knowledge and share their experiences and awareness project to citizenship and political engagement and more specifically People in the middle .• Allowing these workers and young "leaders" to share and improve their knowledge and expertise (but also their postures) regarding citizenship and political engagement. For those who have little or no experience , this seminar will be an opportunity to rub shoulders with the range of tools of each other .• The seminar aims at creating a modus operandi of good practices. These will be referenced and illustrated by each participant who will record it in an original way - video clips , text, ... - how they work according to their cultural and socio- political .• Promote the "Erasmus +" program and its challenges.• Strengthening our network of youth workers across Europe .The objectives of our project are directly related to the priorities of the Erasmus + European program. Indeed, we want to allow organizations active in the youth sector to share their awareness of practices in citizenship and political engagement, to acquire new skills, and finally to promote the various actions the " Erasmus +" program.
