Our Lycée Agricole Privé Saint Elisabeth of St Pandelon wish to receiving for the first time, one volunteer, for a duration of 9 months, to assist us on missions of international cooperation, take part to the creation of educative project for students and to involve the young people in the activities of the community home of the establishment, in touch with the pupils. The themes are rural development, European citizenship and youth, approached by the implementation of activities which encourage the creativity, the active participation and the social and intercultural skills of all the involved young people.The volunteer can acquire various skills such as: develop his communication skills, learn to integrate and live in a different environment, learn to combat prejudice and get openness in sharing with others. The project contributes to the process of educating youth international level, developing a sense of European citizenship and remains focused on the problems of the European Union. This intercultural exchange experience will enable youth of both associations but also young volunteers shared their cultures, their differences but also their similarities.This project will contribute to the promotion of voluntary, non - formal education, inclusion of youth in European cooperation. Voluntary and other project participants will gain a unique personal and professional experience in working together in the spirit of building Europa.
