Promotion of the attraction of the vocational education, interesting learning process – it is participation in the Erasmus + . The aim of the project ”High-quality professional training to Saulaine Professional Secondary school learners” is to prepare the students validly for work in the chosen profession, according to the EU market trends. The main objectives of the project: 1. To improve and develop students’ professional basic/core tasks, necessary skills and knowledge of the profession as the specialist of the Catering Services, the specialist of the Hospitality Services, a Rural Property Manager, a Car Mechanic; 2. To contribute the work skills obtaining required to the EU Labour market, language, intercultural competence and personal development; 3. To promote cooperation in the field of training and in the technological equipment between the educators and work/ internship within the EU. In order to enter the job market successfully, the students have to be sure of themselves and their abilities, they have to know foreign language. Participation in the mobility improves the competence, contributes the ability to develop and to integrate in different environments, to be active and open-ended. Beginning with the 2nd training course, completing Curriculum Vitae, participating in discussions, the opportunity is given to 22 participants (among them 3 participants of the group of the social risk) and to 3 accompanying persons to take a 60-hours training cycle in the European labour market enterprises for 2 weeks. In cooperation with company Euromind in Spain training Olive Oil Factory and Ecological Goat Farm to 6 students of the agriculture programme, learning topic “Alternative Agriculture” ,in collaboration with the company “Vitalis” in Germany theme training “Car Maintenance and Repair of the Running gear” to 6 students , but in cooperation with Paragon Europe in Malta 6 students will acquire the theme “Catering Services Organization and procedure” and 6 students study a topic” Guests’ attendance/serving and Economical Functions of the Service”. The estimated time of mobility 01.03.2015. - 16.03.2015. Europass Mobility certificates will certify 22 students’ work experience and acquired expertise, practice will be treated as a part of the compulsory school training, defended (practice report, presentation) and evaluated, 3 accompanying persons will provide recommendations to improve the training methods. 229 current students and prospective students every year will be informed about the opportunities and results. We learn from each other.
