The participants of the Training Course will be employees and associates from the tutorial, caring and also resocialization's centres, who would like to improve their educational competences and activities and also want to begin organization of the international youth exchange with participation of youth at risk of social exclusion.The main subject of the Training Course is to prepare patricipants to coordinate international youth exchange, including intercultural education, active youth participation in the project, menu of work's methods for each phase of the project and also specification of the youth exchange with participation of youth from resocialization's centres, who are at risk of social exclusion.During the Training Course we will use only practical methods of work, which let our participants participate in the course really actively. Elements of this method are: get to know through experience, leaders' assistance, experiences' exchange, handout materials.The Effect of the Training Course will be praparation of the Training Course's participants to coordinate youth exchange with participation of youth at risk of social exclusion and also improve and pick up quantity and quality of the organized future youth exchange with youth at risk of social exclusion.The Training Course will last six days and will be organized in small town Karpacz.
