The youth mobility action entitled: Kulcs-kompetenciák + Mobilitás + Nem-formális + Youth + Erasmus + was organized between the 8th and the 14th of November, city of Oradea. 40 participants took part in this mobility (20 disadvantaged, without a job, from rural areas), from three different countries: Slovakia, Hungary and Romania. The aim of the project was multiple: One objective was to discuss the questions regarding the workforce market, that aim all the European community, like unemployment, poorness, marginalization, falling out of school.
During the project the youth participants were searching for answers for the questions above mentioned, and discussed their country strategy to achieve the Europe 2020 objectives. The project made it possible for these youth to develop some skills, that can be useful in the future when they are searching for a job, increasing this way their competitiveness on the labor market. Some of these: initiative skill, entrepreneurship, computer managing skills, mathematical and logical ones, civic and social skills as well as the positive consciousness regarding other cultures. These were achieved through activities that helped them to develop these skills: presentations, seminars and discussions upon the theme of unemployment, and the strategically developing methods for achieving the Euro 2020 objectives, elaboration of marketing plans (sustainable plans to put in function a company in different economical domains), skill developing activities, theatre forums etc.
The main objective of the mobility was to advertise the new Erasmus+ programme to the participants, locals and the virtual community. The participants made publicity materials (posters and flyers), as well as they done a local campaign where they distributed these materials to the pedestrians, and told the interested ones the possibilities given by this programme. Besides this the participants did a small video, which they shared on social networks. The participants received a Youthpass which contained their acquired skills.
