Folk dances as well as being a part of the cultural identity have big interest in the field of national and international performing arts and so require world-class artistic practices.Folk dances as a performing art will contribute training of folk dances by improving innovative,contemporary and dinamic training programs with advantages of using technological possibilities and alsois expected to be integrated the trainers' and tutors' recognition of the skills gained through informal learning into non formal education. In this cotext the objectives of the projects: *Updating the folk dance training program in EU standarts including stage lights,costume design,performing art management,music,dance issues with the understanding of aesthetic,innovative and contemporary qualities. *Revising their professional knowledge and skills of the educational,tutorial and technical staff in folk dance training. *Ensuring the recognition of skills gained through informal learning of trainers and tutors in the non-formal education and providing them certification. *Providing high quality non-formal education opportunities for adult learners. *Contribution to training new trainers and tutors. *Increasing the quality and capacity of Association. In accordance with these objectives the staff work in our asssociation; 1-10 participants including administrator,trainers, tutors,researchers of folk dances,technical staff for stage performance will parcipate a training mobility at Arts University Bournemouth in UK for two weeks-ten labour days-The content of the training programme will involve performing arts and management,visual communication,costume and make up,scene effects ,dance and music performance,storage of knowledge and workshops. 2-After the elections of applications of the participants are interested in training mobility in UK,ten participants will join the activities After a period of preparation training will be complemented with theorical and practical knowledge and workshops.Received their certificates after the mobility ,participants will participate in dissemination activities. 3-With the dissemination seminar the achivements of the mobility will be shared with other trainers,learners of the association and the members of the folk dance federation,the impacts of the project will be reached a wide audience through the media.By providing the quality educational opportunities for adult education according to EU standarts our association will take place the international co-operation.The participants will have a chance to show their achievements with the closing night gala performance and contribute to training new trainers.
