The rapid expansion of electronic commerce in the Internet has made new and very effective tool for the execution of commercial transactions. Visible manner has increased competition in the global economy with the emergence of this new economy. Electronic commerce applications held over computer networks which was off some extend, its cost are relatively high however it is a safe system. Nowadays internet being an open computer network is a more appropriate framework for electronic commerce. Through passing form closed structure to the open structure by internet, have been benefiting from the advantages of globalized networks by. This is especially provides more opportunities SMEs (Small and Medium-Sized Businesses)to take part the in world trade. The project has been envisaged to gain experiences in the field of e-commerce of the staff to be worked in the marketing department of Small and Medium Businesses engaged in the manufacturing in our province and it was delivered in Britain which is in the position of being center of the world trade. The project was implemented between the dates of 19 April 2105 and 16 May 2105 at Dudley College located in Dudley, Britain. Dudley College provides advanced e-commerce education to many students from many countries for having the professional staff in the field of e-commerce. 5 apprentices and 18 students have participated in the project who have been studying in Information Technology and Accounting and Finance departments of Fatih Vocational and Technical High School, Tercan Vocational and Technical High School, Refahiye multi-programme Anatolian Highschool and Erzincan Vocational Training Center. Our participants have average 2 year experience in the concept forming of E-Commerce and they were receiving vocational training at the enterprises on the date when the project was being implemented. The participants have been selected among the students who were successful in the past and have known Adobe Dreamweaver, Adobe Fireworks, Adobe Photoshop, Microsoft Front page etc. and improved language skills and developed in the social aspect and eager to improve their language skills. The Current technology, logistics and international economic legislation in the field of e-commerce is the biggest needs for the participants to know. The development of SMEs, reducing expenses and knowledge of the innovative approaches that can be applied to improve the profitability of its expenses, interpretation of sector analysis and conclusions, E-Commerce Processes and Analysis of Business Models in E-Commerce, the acquisition of different perspectives on successin E-Commerce, knowledge of security and law practice in e-commerce and the installation and management of e-commerce in different countries aimed through the project and the activities for achieving these goals under work programme has been completed. Ensuring regional development, the reduction of regional socio-economic imbalances, supporting small- and medium-sized enterprises, promotion of efficient investments and the investments which aimed at employment, improvement of infrastructure, making information and the experience transfer, ensuring rural development, ensuring social and economic cohesion, quality of life, employment creation and inter-regional development of solidarity and to be able to realize the goals have been contributed such as strengthening the economic structure in the scope of North East Development Plans (KUDAKA ), by increasing the capacity of needed qualified personnel, the human resources of SMEs has been developed. The support was provided for the institutionalization of business companies in the sector. And the contribution is provided through the experiences obtained by the project that have been transformed to ECVET loans and Europass documents through the certification. The most important outcomes in terms of participants in the evaluation made by the project management team is; despite having sufficient knowledge of the information in the project, the participants could not find the possibilities to implement their knowledge for having inadequate experiences, the participants have increased their self-confidence with this internship and they have hereinafter referred to they would confidently evaluate the job offers, they have noted that English Language training was not so difficult as they had been expected, they have stated that they will spend more effort in English language training henceforth. Successful implementation of the project in line with targets set has made a significant contribution to the institution?s the project preparation and implementation capacity and has led toa significant experience in project proposals are to do.
