The "Chefs to start! - My European professional experience" - addressed to the 20-member group of young people, aged 15-19 years, at risk of social exclusion, educating the profession cook in local Voluntary Labour Corps in Lower Silesia. Young people benefiting from the support of the project are people who do not have fully equal opportunities to find a job, further education and professional qualifications as their peers. These are young people educationally neglected, causing confusion and disappointment in fact around the world. The origin and social status of participants makes it difficult for them to obtain attractive skills needed in the labor market. The aim of the project is to raise awareness and enable to gain their first professional experience in the European labor market. The project provides for the holding of placements in the profession cook on 12.10-25.10.2015r. (Group I) and 11.01-24.01.2016r. (Group II) Südost SBH organization in Germany. Apprenticeship and to gain additional skills (such as industry knowledge of the German language) will enhance the adaptability and personality. These are the factors that will boost the mobility, independence of participants and improve their functioning in the open European labor market.
