Project "Chefs of Europe" is a response to the huge interest of young people in improving their professional skills abroad and on the need to have the students appropriate and necessary in today's world of competence and skills that will help them start in life and interest. These activities will be the continuation of a project financed last year from the European funds under the Erasmus + "Kitchen regions of Europe - the training of modern techniques for working in the catering opportunity for the development of the industry in the region," which aroused great interest and popularity among students, teachers, our employees and partners who see it as an opportunity to develop their institutions and enrichment by the more extensive experience from the exchange of best practices among participants. The project participants will select students enrolled in the Secondary School Agricultural Training Centre in the Old Lubiejewie. In the course of school education, students acquire the basics of the theory in the field of gastronomy. The aim of the internship is to develop and improve skills and practical skills in the catering business. Recruitment procedure conducted among students will lead to the emergence of 64 participants - 30 for each group plus 4 persons reserves. Each of the participants before leaving for an internship take part in activities within professional training, cultural and linguistic - including in the dimension 90 hours (training in professional training, cultural and educational groups will be held in 30 people). The project participants will be students from the school in the Old Lubiejewie. Participants will be selected on the basis they previously described criteria. Two groups of 30 students + 2 carers will leave for an internship to Greece I group - May 2017 and to Greece II group - June 2017. Tour dates has been proposed by the partner institution. May / June this period, which represents the beginning of the tourist season, it is therefore time that will enable pupils to learn practical poprzerz perform tasks in restaurants and hotels. Interns will work 8 hours per day - 5 days a week. Each intern will work 80 hours (10 days x 8 hours).By participating in the internship students:- Learn methods of organization and nature of work at the site is attended apprenticeship,- Gain umiejętnośco organize their workshop,- Will improve the knowledge of English,- Broaden the skills to use information and technologies - communications,- Will develop an attitude of responsibility, punctuality and the conscientious performance of their duties.- Learn the culture and lifestyle of the Greeks,- Overcome cultural and linguistic barriers.- Overcome fears about traveling around the world and work in a different environmentParticipation in the project certainly will have for our students very large and multi-faceted significance. This will contribute to their professional development, making them more attractive and competitive European labor market. Participation in international practices open to new methods of operation, will develop communicative competence and linguistic extremely useful in the labor market
