This project was established in response to diagnosed areas that need to be improved with reference to the European School Development Plan and the quality plan in Primary School in Czaslaw. The main aim of this project is improving the level of quality our school- through language and methodological improvement of the teachers . Lately many schools in our area have been closed. Despite the fact that we are rather small school we have  strengthened our position as a place where work creative teachers open- minded people, which are eager to get know new techniques of teaching. We are perceived as a good school and we would like to be even better. What is more the next aim of the project is to minimize the difference between our village school ( where teachers have limited access to teacher teaining, language courses) and the schools from big cities. The project helps us with communucation in our Erasmus+KA2 projects.In this project will take part teachers from Primary School in Czasław. The most of the teachers who want to join project are experienced people, but broad-minded and eager to wider their knowledge and enrich their methods of teaching CLIL and ICT. What is more the participation in this project gives them opportunity to travel to foreign country, get know new culture, habits, customs connected with the schools around the Europe. International teacher training course gives also opportunity to make friends from foreign countries. The experiences gathered after this mobilities will have huge influence on their personalities, self-esteem and their point of view. They will have (maybe for the first time) possibility to feel like the citizens of Europe. Exchanging experiences with foreign teachers , participants of the course, who teach children in similar age to ours pupils, will give us opportunity to compare school systems in our countries, bring to Poland the best part of European methods. We will use them in our daily work and share our knowledge and impressions with other teachers via the Internet. All these will have huge impact on our school in the future. Our school is involved in a few international projects, the main point of these projects if focusing on our students linguistic and interpersonal competences. This project gives us a chance to improve ours ( teachers') linguistic and professional skills. The mobility is planned in holiday. It is the best choice, because we have free time, we don't need supply teachers. The teacher training in Poland wouldn't be able to fulfill teachers' need , so we apply for teacher trainings on Malta and in United Kingdom.
