With our partners, we have prepared the EVS project of "KREducation" because we want to create a common space for the development of education in a wider range. We want to show the benefits of a combination of formal and non-formal education, so that we can achieve better results and improve the quality of education in our region.Based on the needs observed in our region we have developed the following objectives of our project:- Extension of the educational offer in our region - expanded by intercultural, and innovative elements, and motivating actions over standard- Increase understanding of education in the broader sense and thus increase the desire and motivation to continue learning and development- Increase intercultural competence among young people- Increase the opportunities on the labor market by increasing the competences like for instance: Communication in foreign languages, ability to learn, interpersonal and social competences, intercultural competences and entrepreneurship.- Deepening European citizenship- Increase self-reliance and responsibility for their own development- Building a positive image of the international mobility projects and their recognition as enriching the local environment / communityOur aims we would like to achieve by organizing activities for 9 European volunteers from 5 different countries (France, Spain, Romania, Belarus and Georgia), which we want to invite in the period from September/October 2016 till June 2017 for long-term-EVS to Poland. Volunteers will work every day in various organizations and educational institutions, promoting non-formal education: the School Complex No. 16 in Bialystok, in the School Complex in Gródek, in the Secondary School in Dabrowa Bialystok, Bialystok Esperanto Association and the Association ANAWOJ in Michalowo. In all these institutions, volunteers will work with various community groups: people with disabilities, children and young people and locals.With the combination of formal and non-formal education, we want to increase the creativity and innovation of the educational offer addressed to young people in our region and encourage cooperation between the formal education sector and non-governmental sector.Our aims we would like to achieve by using methods focused on being active and creative, for example workshops, meetings about culture and languages, games and sports.
